We practice to feel our still point in our own center regardless of the ups and downs, highs and lows and other changing circumstances of life. We practice to remember who we are in our heart of hearts. We practice to find strength and flexibility- in our body, our minds and our spirits. We practice because we often forget. And so we return to the practice again and again and again.
