Clear speaking and clear listening

Right now it feels (maybe) more important than ever to both speak and listen from a place of love, curiosity, compassion and clarity.

To be curious about our own stories overlayed on an experience or what someone else is saying or even not saying.

To neither pause from rambling or filing space with words, but choosing words wisely, compassionately, clearly so that when we speak, they have weight and power.

To not sit back when it’s inconvenient.

To listen. Not with what smart thing we are going to say next, or how what we are hearing is right or wrong or in agreement or not. But, to really listen.

When I pause to feel the beat of my heart. And allow ‘all the things’ to settle, clarify and rest. Then, I can sense what is longing to be shared from a place of clarity and compassion. And, I also notice that I am able to show up with less of my agenda-both inward and outward, and more space to listen. We have been given the power to speak and to listen. This is an enormous gift! Do you see it?

I offer full and complete practices (plus breathing practices, meditation practices, mudra and mantra practices) of varying lengths and focus to support you in clear seeing and listening in my newest on-demand offering. Try ONE WEEK FREE today at KellyHeath.com
