Sangha

Team Sports shaped me in so many ways growing up. And, I see it also offering my children so many opportunities for learning and growth plus offering so many life lessons along the way. Winning and losing. Easy and hard. Individual and team. Old friends and new friends. Kids doing their best. Amazing coaches and parents offering what they can, the best way they can.

I am so incredibly grateful for our community here, in so many different ways.

Another word for an intentional spiritual community in this great practice of yoga is called a Sangha. A place to be with, learn with and grow with others in community. I am so grateful for all of you who are a part of my sangha whether in-person, online or the greater world.
